Poetic was conceived in my home studio before taking it into the recording studio to polish, mix, and master. I was riffing on the piano as the story line of the song emerged in my head. It’s an age-old tale told in my own unique musical and lyrical style. It’s a story of beauty and attraction tensioned by a crossroads decision between the superficial and something real and lasting.
